Fast Track Approvals
with the T&I SEPP

While the NSW environmental planning system is regarded as the most complex system nationally, it also presents opportunities to schools to avoid the red tape associated with obtaining development approvals.

EPM has a deep understanding of the T&I SEPP and a strong track record in obtaining approvals for school developments using the fast-tracked provisions of the T&I SEPP; and where this is not possible, obtaining the consent of a local Council in ways that minimise cost, risk and time.
